Diese Single wurde zur Veröffentlichung von U2's zweiten Best Of Album veröffentlicht. Auf der Single findet sich ein neuer Remix von "New York" - der Nasty Mix (Anmerkung: Der Name hält was er verspricht.) Auch bei dieser Veröffentlichung gab es wieder eine DVD-Single. Auf der DVD Single findet sich das Video von Anton Corbijn, eine kleine Photogallery und ein kurzes Interview mit Larry. Beide Versionen von "Electrical Storm" finden sich auch auf der Best Of 1990-2000 & B-Sides.
