Im Dezember 2003 findet in der Library Of Congress in Washington ein von Weltbankchef James D. Wolfensohn organisiertes 'Peace Concert' statt. Neben Bill Clinton ist u.a. auch Bono zu Gast. Bono beteiligt sich auch am Programm und rezitiert das Gedicht 'September 1913' von William Butler Yeats. Bonos dramaturgische Einlage wird von einem 24-köpfigen Orchester begleitet.
